When you request a quote, fill out a form, email us, call us, or text us, you may provide:

  • Phone number
  • Job address and project details (for example, the property location and the type of work you are interested in)
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message
  • Your text message (SMS) consent choices, when you check the related boxes on our quote form

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, and how you arrived at the Site

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule estimates, site visits, and follow-up conversations

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

Text Messaging. If you opt in to receive text messages from Artisan XTR, we collect your mobile number and the consent you gave so we can send the messages you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging platform and carriers) that help us deliver messages.   • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can request a quote without agreeing to receive text messages.
  • Our quote form offers optional, unchecked consent boxes. You can choose to receive messages about your quote request, appointments, and project updates, marketing messages, both, or neither.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

4. Service Providers

We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and our business, including:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): customer relationship management, our quote form, and text and email communications related to your inquiry and consent choices
  • Google: Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, for website analytics
  • WP Engine: website hosting and security
  • Wireless carriers and messaging providers that deliver text messages

These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services to us, except as otherwise described in this policy or required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit), to understand traffic and improve the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Google offers the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on on its support pages. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
